Anil Banchhor

Mr. Anil Banchhor is MD & CEO of RDC Concrete since June2016. Earlier he was CEO- Concrete Business of ACC Limited. He is a civil engineer with PG Diploma in Business management having 35 years of experience in construction, consultancy and Readymix concrete.

He is a turn around manager for concrete business in ACC and RDC Concrete. Under his leadership, ACC Concrete reached benchmarking position for the Industry in terms of profitability, growth and efficiency. Similar story was repeated at RDC concrete since he joined I June 2016.

He worked with several construction and consultancy assignments in India and abroad. He executed various industrial projects on Power, Cement, Petrochemical and Missile. Before ACC, he was with Tata Consulting Engineers and GDC Limited.

He is a member of the concrete committee CED 2.2 of BIS (Bureau of Indian standards) and was council member of “Indian Roads Congress” in 2006.

He was also involved in the high volume fly ash concrete technology projects in India and undergone training at CANMET lab, Canada. He was faculty at NCBM, Delhi and Hyderabad. He has been delivering lectures at several engineering colleges, NITs, IITs etc.

He has published many papers on concrete in various seminars and has received the best paper award at 9Th international NCB seminar at Delhi in November 2005.

Many innovative concrete products have been introduced by him like M100 grade concrete, Bagcrete, UTWT24, which is for road overlay and opening for traffic within 24 hours etc.
