Siva Kumar Ganta

Mr.Siva Kumar Ganta has joined Robo in the year 2018,  He is responsible for handling the Complete life cycle of Human Resources function, and he based out at HO, Hyderabad.

Siva is a graduate in Commerce and a post graduate in Masters of Human Resource Management from Andhra University. He has also undergone an Executive programme in Human Resource Management from Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.

Siva holds 15+ years of professional experience in handling the complete employee lifecycle – hire to retire and prior to Robo Silicon, he worked as a HR with Meru Cab Company Private Limited, NVS Private Limited and Hotel Green Park.

He enjoys his free time by attending HR Meets, Watching Movies, Listening Music & Playing Cricket.
